Window Cleaning And More

We just had Brandon out this past Thursday and he did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish. We are first time home owners, and creating that list of professional relationships who you can trust and also afford, is tough. We took the recommendation from a friend and family member and I’m so glad we did.Brandon was kind, communicative, efficient, cleaned up after himself and did not disrupt the flow of our day. We hired him for gutter cleaning (inside and out) roof moss removal, inside and outside window cleaning and he even worked on a pesky portion of our siding that has some algae or pollen. We live in a 2700 sqft house with high ceilings and many windows that are completely out of reach. They hadn’t been cleaned in the year and a half we have been here, and they look brand new. I’m no longer embarrassed that we couldn’t keep up.We had to reschedule twice due to sickness in our family and freezing temps, and Brandon was flexible and gracious. We have young kids and pets, and we felt very comfortable with Brandon being in our home around our family and inside our rooms without feeling the need to watch him closely. He was very professional and always let us know what he was doing next.We actually were packing to leave for a birthday weekend getaway as he was working and we left about an hour prior to him finishing. He was flexible and didn’t mind, said that we didn’t need to be here and we had no concerns that he would do what he was hired to do. He sent confirmation text when he was complete and offered to return if anything wasn’t up to our standards. All is well!My mom was here watching our home and immediately asked for his business info so she could also schedule his services.We are a bit further south than I believe his prime service area, but he happily accepted the job and never once complained about the distance.Thank you Brandon!

Brandon does excellent work on roof cleaning, treatments and gutter flow improvements! His rates are excellent and you get your money's worth!

Fairly priced and genuinely good dude. After he was done cleaning my house gutters, he went above and beyond the scope of work I had paid for and he blew some of the uninvolved debris off of my grass in my backyard to prevent it from damage. He checked in with me via text message weeks after the work had been completed to check in and make sure everything was going well and if I needed anything else. i told him I noticed that some of the moss on a small eve on the back of my house had collected some of the dead moss in the bottom of the gutter, and he came over on his own time to clean those gutters out. He definitely earned himself a returning customer for future jobs. I recommend their services.
